Ultimate Lego Party - Lego Cupcakes

Instead of a regular cake I decided to make cupcakes with white icing and Lego chocolates on top. The chocolates were easy to make using colored Candy Melts from your local craft store and a Lego Ice Cube Tray. Just follow the directions on the back of the Candy Melts package and use your ice cube tray as the mold. Be sure to shake the mold for a while so that all the air bubbles get out of the little Lego nubbins on the tops of the bricks. Allow to harden and then they are ready to use. The best part about making the chocolates was that it could be done ahead of time. I started about 2 weeks before the party and just stored my chocolate bricks in a tupperware container until I needed them.
