Fishing Cupcakes

The second cupcake I made was a fishing cupcake. Again, I used this tasty icing recipe and added blue food coloring. I used a large star tip to swirl on the icing. The fishing pole is a pretzel stick with a piece of dental floss tied to it. I added a few colorful goldfish into the waves and viola!

My husband is turning 30 soon. He knows he is getting a Star Wars themed party w/ our families a few days after his b-day. What he does not know is that now, he will be getting ADORABLE fishing cupcakes ON his birthday. Thanks for the great idea! I love it!
