Summer Bingo {Finished Album}

Last year when we played Summer Bingo I took pictures of Cole doing various items off his cards every week and had them printed as a 5x7 picture. I adhered the picture to the back of his weekly card and viola an adorable little album with all our summer fun!

Annual Family Vacation Album {part 2}

Here's the second set of pages from our annual family vacation album. I even included years we couldn't make it due to hurricane or the birth of 2 babies.

Annual Family Vacation Album

I wanted to share an album that I created a few years back for my Mother-In-Law. Every year my husbands whole family takes a vacation together to St. Augustine. We always go over labor day weekend. I used a simple 8x8 album and added pictures from each year. I try to keep it updated for her (I had just finished adding in the pictures from this year which is why it was at my house). I love annual albums because it's so much fun to see how the kids have grown through the years. These are the first few years. I'll post the more recent pages tomorrow.

Birthday Album...

So I'm finally up to date on Cole's birthday album. I create a few pages and include 12 4x6 pictures from each year. I love how simple and easy this album is to keep up with. Now I just need to start working on Kiley's album.

Birthday Album...

I've been working on trying to get caught up on Cole's birthday album. I love this album because I make 4 6 x 12 pages and then just slip the 4x6 pictures into the other slots in the album. Incidentally, we celebrated Cole's 4th birthday a few months ago so hopefully it won't take me another year to update his album.

Mother's Day Album...

I started this album way back when I celebrated my first Mother's Day. I always have Jonathan take a picture of me with the kid(s). I love the way it is so simple and captures us on that special day every year.

Father's Day Book...

This is from my absolute favorite Father's Day gift I ever made for Jonathan. I used a regular board book to create a really cool gift.

Photoshop Actions...

I've been playing around with some of my Photoshop Actions lately.  For this picture I used Creamy BW which is available for purchase here.  If you are just starting out with Photoshop and want to play around with some actions before purchasing any I would recommend the Pioneer Woman site.  She has a collection of great, free actions and lots of tutorials on how to use them. 

Christmas Card Album...

When Cole was born and I started sending out Christmas Cards. I decided to start an album dedicated just to preserving our cards. It is an 8x8 album and I include our Christmas Card and a picture of the kids with Santa.

White Shirt Pictures

Every year around the time of his birthday I take a picture of Cole in one of his Daddy's white dress shirts. It's fun to see how much he's grown up in the last 3 years. I have all the pictures in a small 4x6 album that I keep for him.

Special Occasion Calendar...

I bought a few of these Special Occasion Calendar kits from Karen Foster Designs a while back. For our Grandmother's birthday I decided to go ahead and crank one out. It was easy to put together and looks stunning with black & white pictures of our family. These make great gifts for parents, grandparents or anyone who has a lot of birthdays and special occasions to keep track of.

Quick and Easy Travel Album...

My friend Kristi came to visit a while back and she brought with her an empty album that we filled with awesome memories from her visit. This was a standard photo album that she found at Target. She filled it with random bits of this and that and before she left we printed pictures on my mini printer and added photos and journaling. It's filled with great memories from her trip and the best part is that it was so easy and quick to complete.
